Rental Real Estate Agent Dreams Of The Day He’ll Become A Big Boy Real Estate Agent

A Betoota Heights rental agent has found himself in a bit of a mood today, after he was yet again denied a place working for the big boy real estate agent team.

Having slogged the past two years away working with the lowest form of human (rental tenants) Tim Manning, 31, says he believes he’s done more than enough to earn himself a spot selling residential property.

However, despite always sporting perfectly coifed hair and the crispest Tarocash suit, Tim still hasn’t been offered a position with the residential property team – or the ‘dream team’ as they call themselves.

“I don’t understand it, I’m doing everything right?”, claims Tim, who managed to convince every single client to substantially increase their rent, “I’m sick of working with these lowly rental properties.”

Tim explains that there’s somewhat of a hierarchy in his agency, with rental real estate agents just one rung higher than property managers.

Of the residential agents, those who sell property in French Quarter are deemed the ‘first class agents’ and Betoota Ponds, ‘the pleb agents.’

And then there’s Tim, who’s still stuck renting properties in the middle class burbs.

“If I have to deal with one more email from a low life complaining about mould, I’m going to scream!”

More to come.
