The Productivity Commission has today issued a strong ultimatum as the much talked about Roundtable draws to a close The Commission has declared that the entire nation needs to “lock the fuck in.”
The strong motivational demand comes after a big few days of business talking about how workers should be more productive, without having to forgo anything on their side.
Made famous by the younger generation on social medias, locking in is a term used to denote focusing on the job at hand.
Whether locking in on an essay, a task at work, or a fitness goal – locking in requires one to get their shit together and get it done.
It’s not known exactly how the productivity commission plans on getting the entire population to lock in and be more productive.
Of course the various business figures present at the Roundtable have shown strong support for the measure.
“This is a great initiative to get more juiced squeeze out of our workers,” said a Business Council lobbyist.
“For the good of the nation, we need workers locking the fuck in.”
When quizzed on the tax reform discussion that took place today, the lobbyist laughed.
“Yeah I think we can all agree to just leave that alone. All too tricky.”
“It’s much easier to just get the workers to be more productive.”
