Poly Couple Blow Out Wedding Budget After Remembering Their Community Expects A Plus Two On The Invite

A recently engaged poly couple have had to rework their wedding budget, after realising their initial plans for a small wedding was pretty ambitious  given that all their guests will be expecting a plus two invite.

Having chosen a ren faire theme, which would see Rion Hardie, 32 and Milly Stewart, 30 exchange vows dressed as a half orc and high elf, the delighted couple say they expect the next six months will be pretty tight budget wise as they allow for at least 90 attendees – despite having only invited 30.

“There’s going to be a lot of mouths to feed, so no dining out for a while”, laughs Milly, as she shows our reporter a mediaeval inspired gown she’d just ordered from Etsy, “we have to think of all of the throuples and polycules.”

“Though we do expect a few might be broken up before then.”

Milly says their ‘third’, Feyra, will be the master of ceremony.

“It’s going to be so cute, Feyra is dressing as a bard, so she’ll be singing us a few songs too!”

More to come.
