Mums that love saying "I told you so" are in a collective state of euphoria after Pete Davidson revealed his $200,000 tattoo removal work.
Mums around the country rushed to their phones to call their tattooed children to declare a small yet significant victory in their quest to make their children regret their tattoos and tell their parents they were right.
Despite Pete Davidson falling slightly below from his cultural dominance of 2018-2022, the Hollywood star's tattoo removal has still sent shockwaves throughout the parental community of Australia.
"Look at that Peter David man, he got rid of all his tattoos for a small fortune! I bet you're starting to realise that tattoos were a bad idea," said one mother to her son who has no idea who she's even talking about.
The news has reportedly been especially emotional for Australian mothers who spent their children's teenage years warning that tattoos would make them unemployable and look dirty.
Many say they now feel vindicated after years of being eye rolled at by their Gen Z children.
"Society is healing," said another mother who has a disproportionate disdain for tattoos.
Pete Davidson has stated that while the thank you emails from mums around the world are appreciated, they are starting to become a bit much.
