One Or Two Betting Ads On During The Cricket These Days

It seems like there are one or two betting ads on during the cricket these days, it has been confirmed.

The confirmation comes after a local sports fan and his old mate from way back turned on the tele to watch a bit of leather on willow.

Jacob Kowabunga (30) told the Advocate that it wasn’t until after the game that him and his old mate from way back realised how many of the “bloody bastards” they had just sat through over the last 3 hours.

“It was post-match and some was taking about where the ‘smart money’ was this weekend for all sorts of multibets, and it occurred to me how sick I was of seeing his face and listening to that gamble responsibly disclaimer after every bloody ad.”

According to Kowabunga, Simmo (29), his old mate from way back, was equally disturbed.

“Simmo’s an old mate of mine from way back. He’s quick too. He was the one that noticed pre-game there was one or two betting ads coming on, so that’s when we starting counting the bastards.”

Kowabunga went on to explain that him and his old mate from way back even tried changing the channel to escape the incessant betting ads to watch their team in peace.

However, 32 seconds into watching Channel 7’s broadcast they realised there was no escape.

“We changed over to 7 and lo and behold what’s the first ad we see? Another one of these bloody betting bastards. Simmo was beside himself.”

Kowabunga told the Advocate that his old mate from way back was visibly agitated, and remarked that he was relieved they weren’t down at the pub because when Simmo gets like this he is a liability.
