An exciting new planned community 80km from the nearest Central Business District has wow'ed potential home buyers with the promise of zero trees, public infrastructure or junior sporting clubs.

Aurora Developments, a developer company based in Sydney, has stunned potential home buyers during the unveiling of their plans for a brand new community in but fuck no where.

"This new suburb will have absolutely zero trees getting in the way, we've also decided to get rid of the whole concept of parks, sporting fields, or even backyards" boasted Darren Costello (62) the founder of Aurora Developments.

"This place is going to absolutely sizzle during the summer months, we are regular days over 40 degrees in this hot zone!" he added.

The energy in the room reached breaking point when Darren revealed that the houses were only going to be priced at $1.8 million a home.

"Shut up and take my money!!" said Sandra Williams (36) a young mum and first time home buyer.

Darren insists that the lack of parks, shops, backyards, trees, pools, restaurants or anything that resembles a normal Australian suburb is totally normal for this day and age.

"Everyone's on their phones inside anyway, it's not like anyone needs that anymore, how do you think we were able to get the prices so cheap on these houses" he said before glancing at his dodgy mate that was in charge of all construction of the community.

He then wrapped up the presentation by assuring buyers that future residents will still enjoy a strong sense of community, thanks to the single shared driveway connecting all 400 homes directly to a six-lane motorway.
