Murder Scene In Bathroom Is Just Sister’s Cherry Red Hair Maintenance Routine

A grim discovery in the Betoota Hills household of the Parker family has turned out to be less CSI and more DIY.

Shannon Parker was greeted by what appeared to be a brutal crime scene upon entering the bathroom she shares with her sister, Mila. Red streaks splattered across the tiles, a crimson- tinged sink, and a blood-soaked towel, all accompanied by a faint smell of peroxide—had her
immediately reaching for her phone to call triple zero.

“I thought I’d walked into a true crime documentary,” Shannon told reporters, still visibly shaken.

However, the alleged “murder” was nothing more than her sister, 19-year-old Mila, maintaining her signature cherry red tresses.

Known for her penchant for the dramatic, Mila is well-acquainted with her fortnightly ritual of “reclaiming her individuality” via a semi-permanent box dye.

“I nearly tripped over a packet of latex gloves and a half-empty bottle of something called ‘Devilish Cherry Red.’ I was half-expecting a body bag,” Shannon explained.

Mila, unapologetically scrubbing dye stains off the mirror, shrugged and said, “Sorry if I don’t do this every two weeks, it fades.”

Shannon, however, is far less impressed. “She doesn’t clean up, and the drain’s a mess. The bathroom looks like a scene from ‘The Shining’” she fumed. “She’s ruined like every towel we own.”

Sources report that the siblings’ mother has officially declared the bathroom “off-limits” until Mila learns how to mop properly.
