A French Quarter man has today found himself contemplating the lay of the land, after munching through a rather underwhelming home cooked meal.

Bradley Fuchs (31) said he feels quite weird about the fact that his two year old son actually consumes nicer meals than he does, on a regular basis.

"I think I need to clock myself in for lunches at the local daycare," laughed Fuchs, who just polished off a bit of brown rice and some soy sauce that allegedly contained egg and a bit of sausage.

"This week he's having a beautiful daal, spaghetti bolognese, enchiladas, and thai beef salad ."

"And that's just for lunch."

"Then he gets bulk snacks and lots of nice bits of fruit."

"Which I've gotta be honest, feels a bit wasted on him, given he thinks plan unseasoned sand and wood chips taste delicious."

Bradley assured our reporter that he is really happy his offspring is eating well and getting good sustenance, but it's just hard to wrap his head around how well he is eating.

"I'm just a bit jealous to be honest."

"And then he gets to go and have a nice nap after lunch."

"He's living it up I tell ya."

"Anyway, what can you do."
