Faded Frangipani Sticker On Back Of Window Suggests A Bogan Babe Once Owned This Car

An artefact from a bygone era has been spotted in a Betoota Ponds car park today, as onlookers report seeing an old Jeep Wrangler with a faded frangipani sticker on the back window.

For those who are unaware of the cultural significance of the humble frangipani, it’s reported that every Queensland bogan babe in the 2000s had one of these bad boys on the back of their car windscreen, which would often be paired with frangipani car seats and a frangipani air freshener.

In fact, if you spotted a frangipani on the back of a car while stuck in traffic, you were pretty much guaranteed to come eye to eye with a bleached blonde, Le Tan heavy mega babe – or a mum in their mid forties, there was no inbetween.

It’s unknown if the bogan babe in question is still the owner of the car, but The Advocate hopes she (Sarah? Jessica? Tegan?)  is doing well.

More to come.
