Bartender Preemptively Directs ING Cardholder To The Cheapest Tap Beer

As bartending continues to become one of the nation’s fastest-moving jobs, those in the know are finding more ways to provide customer satisfaction.

One such initiative started at French Quarter bar The Sailing Lumberjack where bartender Philipa Handley (32) uses Sherlockian tactics to make transactions faster than ever.

Handley states that whenever she sees a waiting customer holding an orange ING card she immediately directs them to the cheapest tap beer.

“Let me tell you, Barefoot’s mates say yes every time,” states Handley while making a round of espresso martinis for a table of people who will always rent.

“While I’m pouring I usually make some spend and splurge joke to see if I can get a tip. Hasn’t happened yet.”
