Only Child Ecstatic School Holidays Are Over

While school holidays are a brilliant opportunity to do things you can genuinely see yourself reminiscing over such as watching TV or playing video games, for only child Jess Wilby (11) she is looking forward to returning to school and is ecstatic the holidays are over.

Being an awkward age where she is old enough to be left home alone but too young to go out by herself, Wilby states the school holidays have actually been pretty fucking boring and she is looking forward to being made to sit in silence while learning about something called HSIE because at least she gets to be with other people.

“I haven’t spoken to anyone my age who isn’t through a headset in two weeks,” stated Wilby.

“It will be nice to be called ‘gay’ to my face again.”

According to Wilby, she plans to make the most out of the next ten weeks of school and hopes by then Australian Netflix has added some more content to help her through the summer holidays.

“If they don’t, I might be forced to go outside.”
