Fashion photographer Ian Brettoner (32) may have travelled the world for his craft, but no matter which corner of the globe he visits he is unable to shake the creepy vibe he exudes simply by being a straight fashion photographer.
With an Instagram following of over 400 thousand and a portfolio that includes photos of Elle McPherson, Gigi Hadid and more, Brettoner is an undeniable success but hates being seen as a creep just because he would like to have sex with most of the women he photographs.
“So unfair,” he said, prying apart the pages of his portfolio.
“Just because I point a machine at women in their underwear that captures their image in time forever and have fun while doing it, makes me a creep does it?”
Although Brettoner loves his career as a fashion photographer, he states that if things don’t start to get easier for straight men like him he will consider quitting fashion photography for good, mainly because of the rumours circling around about rumours circling around about him being a creep.
“Just getting sick of people assuming I’m a creep. It’s so annoying. I might have to pick up some paparazzi work instead.”
