The Lebification of the Honourable Bob Katter III is escalating today, as the Member For Kennedy’s digital footprint is placed under the microscope.

This follows the 80-year-old MP’s heated exchange with a TV journalist at a press conference yesterday, where the elderly North Queensland politician took offence to a question about his Lebanese heritage.

Katter appears to be sick and tired of having to defend his Australianess to journalists who do not understand the complexities that surround identity for the outback men and women who grew up with darker skin in post-war Australia.

However, after such a fiery outburst, the media is now pressing those same hot buttons.

Earlier today it was reported that Bob Katter allegedly owns a bright blue Subaru WRX, complete with gold rims and a top of the range subwoofer.

Katter has denied these claims, and said he only drives Australian cars like Toyota.

However, even more evidence of Katter’s Lebanese ancestry has been unearthed today by digital sleuths who have stumbled across historic YouTube comments from what is believed to be the MP’s official account.

Several low-quality videos of former Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldog Hazem El Masri’s NRL highlights have been peppered with comments from the @BobKatterMP account, praising the iconic Lebanese rugby league player for his precision goal kicking and cunning defence.

“Yallah this is the goat” reads one comment, in reference to El Masri.

Another says “Bulldogs woulda gone all the way in 02 as well but the bullshit salarey cap scandal gave it to da roosters”

In response to questions about his potentially closeted support for the Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs, Bob Katter says he’s never been this bloody offended in his life.

“I did not write such comments!” he roared.

When informed that many of these comments were written years apart, Bob Katter then demanded a Parliamentary inquiry into potential foreign actors hacking into his official YouTube account with the aim of misrepresenting him.
