Seeing bodily fluids comes with the territory if you’re a medical doctor, but as a part-time uni student trying to make ends meet by working at the Apple Genius Bar? That is not something that Noah Andrews signed up for.

Andrews had to call on his semester of dramatic arts this afternoon as he tried to hide his disgust at the state of a customer’s third generation AirPods.

“It was truly revolting” he said to our reporter after the incident.

“The wax had made them so discoloured, and like a brown wax too”

“It was so caked in there, like, really really bad”

“Sorry for the graphic detail but I just need to unburden myself”

It’s understood that the customer was complaining about sound quality issues, which Andrews wanted to say was “probably caused by a build up of earwax you disgusting neanderthal.”

Instead, Andrews put on a brave face and handled those filthy AirPods with steady hands and a blank face that would make any surgeon proud.

More to come.
