Drunken Fool Housemate Returns Home From Night Out With Another Milk Crate For Courtyard

A sharehouse in Betoota’s flight path district has been subjected to yet another needless addition to their already cluttered courtyard following one housemate's night out. 

After two back to back parties, Griffith Daniels (25) found himself making the 40 minute walk home from the french quarter in the early hours of Sunday morning. 

Upon waking up sometime around half past one, Griffith ventured into the yard in the hopes a dose of instant coffee and vitamin D would fix his head,

He was met with the sight of 6 additional milk crates on top of the 30 he and his housemates already own between them. 

“Ha ha whattttttt. I fully forgot I brought those home,” he said. 

“Lol. That’s a lol.”

Though his housemates seemed rather unimpressed by Griffith’s drunken antics, the young man says the heist only started with a single crate before it got out of hand. 

“Can you see that yellow one over there, underneath the blue one. Basically I saw that and I was like ‘whattt, I’ve never seen a milk crate that colour, I’ve gotta have it’.”

“Then I kept walking and I thought, you know what, last time we had people around there was like hardly anywhere to sit. So then I just kept grabbing all the ones I saw. I think that was about 5am, or sometime after.”

“Actually, I’m pretty sure I heard someone's voice yelling at me when I grabbed like three from this cafe we go to sometimes that’s around the corner. Lol. Hopefully she didn’t see me though cause I really like that place actually.”

“Anyway. If the others want to get rid of them they can, but the yellow one is here to stay for sure.”
