In some news that shows the world isn’t so bad after all, the dog from this year’s most anticipated thriller movie, ‘Anatomy Of A Fall’, has taken home an Oscar award for ‘Best Boy’, after being the only one of his kind nominated in the category.

Adorned with a stunning bow tie, the blue eyed border collie known as ‘Messi’ effortlessly stole the spotlight and was even to secure a prime seat in the front view with the A listers for his debut, which has now prompted many to speculate he must be an industry plant.

It’s alleged Messi was a little bit too happy about his win and could be heard chewing on his Oscar statue during the ceremony, prompting his handler to gently extricate it and replace it with a pigs ear.
