An absolutely delusional mother of two insists that Apple was once generous enough to include free headphones and a charger with every phone back in the late 2000s.

Sarah Harris (45), a mother of two, made the bold claim shortly after her eldest daughter asked her for $340 to buy a pair of phone headphones.

"And to think they used to give you a pair for free back in the day!" said the clearly mistaken Sarah.

According to her children, this is just the latest in a long string of bizarre recollections Sarah confidently presents as historical fact.

Previous examples include her insistence that movie tickets were basically five dollars, that petrol never went over a dollar, and that her old Nokia battery lasted a full week.

Family members say Sarah often recounts these memories with the confidence of someone reading from a textbook.

Sarah’s daughters say they have repeatedly explained that Apple would never just give away such useful products without making a profit.

Sarah remains steadfast, arguing that Apple was once a forward thinking and progressive company, she claims the shift happened "when everything got too fancy"

As of press time, Sarah was still refusing to pay $340, insisting her daughter simply buy some from 7/11.
