Climbing Gym To Introduce Speed Dating Wall

A climbing gym in the French Quarter has decided to cut out the middle man and introduce a bouldering wall that is entirely dedicated to speed dating.

The gym, aptly titled ‘Between a Rock and a Hard Place’ noticed a gap in the market and quickly moved in.

Upon noticing the high frequency of dates that were taking place inside these four misshapen walls and the overall sexual tension in the building, something needed to be done.

Owner, Craig Crag spoke with The Advocate about the new developments.

“We hope our new wall will facilitate connection whilst crimping.”

“Online dating is a painful exercise that rarely facilitates meaningful connection, speed dating is a real world way to get to know someone but it can be awkward so you might as well get some exercise in.”

“Tuesdays nights, get on down you could meet your future life partner, those who climb together, stay together.”

The Advocate understands that the speed dating program has successfully produced a handful of climbing couples.

Mr Crag believes that this is just the beginning for ‘Romance on the Rocks’ Tuesdays.

More to come.
