The nation’s much hyped productivity roundtable is off to a cracking start today, it can be confirmed.

This follows weeks of headlines about a bunch of people who spend most of their day talking, coming together to do more talking, about how to be more productive.

Kicking off in Canberra this morning, things are off to a flyer after Treasurer Jim Chalmers rolled into the room with a sparkling new whiteboard.

Immediately getting writing producivity (sic), Chalmers them offered some handy advice to the other big wigs in the room around writing your goals for the week down.

“Also, making a calendar of what your week and month looks like, with a tasks for each day is really really helpful,” said Chalmers.

With a chorus of nods around the room, Chalmers then proposed a genius hack for the business leaders, lobbyists and unions to take back to their workers.

“Alright, I want everyone to delete Instagram off their phone,” continued Chalmers.

“I know it seems crazy, but it really helps with GETTING SHIT DONE haha.”

“And like if you really need to check something or post, you can just do it on Safari.”

It’s believed most of the room deleted the app, with only a couple of journos claiming they ‘needed it for work.’

“Alright, time to CRUNCH some goals okay guys.”

Chalmers then moved on to explaining the importance of drinking water and getting up every like 50-60 minutes.

More to come.
