Australia Rushes To Send Military Aid To Poor Petro States Who Will Obviously Return The Kind Gesture By Not Gouging Us For Oil

The Prime Minister of Australia has today moved to get our nation involved in the war in Iran and the Middle East.

Speaking to media this morning Anthony Albanese and his Defence Minister Richard Marles explained that Australia will be sending military aid to the Gulf States attacked by Iran.

The move comes as a welcome blow to the giant petro-states who have some of the highest concentrations of wealth in the world, but won't be able to defend themselves without our assistance.

Despite having so much money they can buy sports teams and leagues around the world with spare change and provide a tax free haven for entrepreneurs, the collective of wealth petro-states have thanked Australia for its assistance.

The military involvement of Australia, which will of course mean we probably need to spend another eye-watering amounts of money to refresh and restock our 'defence capabilities' at the expense of frivolous things like health and education, has had a mixed reception around the country.

Lefties have of course slammed the operation, while some more conservative voices including the likes of former SAS man Andrew Hastie have raised concerns about Australia getting involved in a foreign conflict while we have plenty of issues to resolve at home.

However, those concerns around Australia getting involved in another war have been hosed down by assurances that the Gulf states definitely going to fuck us on oil.

Despite the price of petrol sky-rocketing around the country, which will of course send the price of everything else through the roof, things are going to get better soon, with the assurances from the Gulf states that Australia isn't going to get completely fucked by international price gouging on oil and gas.

"Yeah' we've got you guys," said an Emirati spokesperson a short time ago.

"Sending military aid to us is definitely in your best interests."

More to come.
