Uh oh, sorry serial killers, it’s not open season in South Australia anymore.

The bad news comes as the people of the South face the consequences of a big old outbreak this week.

Seventeen new cases have now been linked to a cluster in Adelaide’s northern suburbs, with four active cases also announced yesterday.

This means that serial killing sprees are no longer allowed, with health officials fearing that any Snowtown style incidents could further spread the deadly virus.

“Sorry guys, we just can’t have anything like that for the next little while,” explained South Australian Premier Stanley Marshall.

“I know it’s been a tough year for everyone, and serial killing is part of our culture here in the City of Bodies In Barrels”

“But this fucking virus has thrown everything into disarray, and we need to band together now,” said the man who less than a couple of months ago was still talking shit about Victoria and NSW and their handling of the virus which is set to rock South Australia.

“So, as a result of that, no more murdering and stuffing bodies into large containers and leaving them in abandoned public buildings.”

“Alright?”

“I’m serious.”
