WHAT A STEAL: A local tradie has confirmed what’s been common knowledge amongst chippie’s for years.
You’re basically bleeding cash if you pass up the 2 for $8 deal at your local 7-Eleven servo.
Davo White, a chippy by trade, says he’s been living by this unofficial guideline for years, spreading the word one on site job at a time.
“Look, it’s quick maths, mate,” Davo explained while eyeing off a 7-Eleven counter stacked with energy drinks like a man scrolling through Sydney Sweeney’s latest Instagram thirst trap.
“You’re getting 2 for $8, yeh? That’s an absolute steal if you ask me.”
“You’re actually losing money if you don’t take up an offer like that.”
The deal in question? The 2 for $8 BSc Energy Drinks. A bargain he claims, that every self respecting tradie should get around.
“Yeah look, I was reluctant at first,” he admitted. “But then I had a mate pass around a couple on the job and I thought I’d give it a go – I’ve been living that BSc 2FA life ever since.”
According to White, there’s no need to “overthink” a simple financial decision like this. “It’s less than a tenner so you’re practically printing money at this point.”
Telling Betoota, “You never want be that bloke who drives past a 7-Eleven and pretends like they’re too good for a 2FA.”.
“Just grab the deal and get back to work. Trust me, it’s money in the bank.”
