A man wise beyond his years has today offered up some advice to those out there who are struggling financially in these tough times.

The 25-year-old arts graduate come DJ come real estate agent named Oliver Watson says he can sum up his advice in one word.

And that word is – ‘hustle.’

“There’s no substitute for hard work,” explained the young man who a couple of years ago landed at a Real Estate agency owned by a friend of his dad.

“Plain and simple, you gotta hustle, you gotta grind and you gotta bust your ass until you get to where you want to be in life,” said the aspiring motivational speaker and life coach today.

“You get rewarded for hard work in our society and that’s the beauty of it,” explained the young door opener who last year earned six times more than a cleaner working 38 hours a week and driving ubers before and after work.

When it was pointed out that the huge renumeration he raked in last year may have something to do with the state of the hyper inflated housing market that is geared to help investors and institutions, Oliver just laughed.

“Sorry, I don’t speak mumbo jumbo, just facts,” he said.

“If selling houses is so easy, why don’t you go and do it then?” he said, raising what seems like a very valid point while also validating his belief that it actually takes skill to do what he does.

“Yeah, I thought so.”

More to come.
