If you think your job is stressful, then according to Taylor Price you don’t even want to know how hard it is to control the K2 class at Betoota Heights Primary School.

American Comedy icon Jo Koy joins the editors on the podcast this week before he begins the Australian leg of his world tour. Have a listen here:

At the Imperial Hotel this afternoon, what started off as a general chat between mates quickly escalated into a pissing contest when Taylor bullishly insisted that his job as a primary school teacher was way more stressful than any of his friends’ jobs.

“What do you mean? All you have to do is sit down all day and look at a screen” Taylor said to his mate Dan, who works in sales and who’s pay cheque literally depends on whether he makes sales.

“Do you know how stressful it is looking after 30 9-year-olds?”

“Not even that, how stressful it is writing report cards?” whined Taylor.

It was at this point that Taylor’s friends all looked at each other and wondered who would get the honour of punching him in the face. While not a punch, it was his accountant mate Stevie who stepped up to the plate and put Taylor in his place.

“Mate, are you fucking kidding us right now? You’re about to stop working for 6 straight weeks. Not only that, but you’ve already had 3 solid holidays this year”

“The rest of us get 4 weeks annual leave if we’re lucky”

“So, the next time you try and tell us how stressful your job is just take a fucking second.”

“Now drink your beer and shut up.”
