A local woman was seen tearing her hair out with in frustration last night, after her boyfriend randomly revealed he’d been sitting on some very juicy gossip all week but he doesn’t know any more details.
Mara McHugh, 31, is alleged to have doom scrolling on Tik Tok when her boyfriend, Aaron, nonchalantly mentioned that he and the boys would be taking out his best mate James, to help forget about ‘Dana’ – as in his girlfriend Dana.
“Wait, what do you mean? Have they broken up?”, Mara had asked, genuinely baffled as they’d been together for several years, “when did this happen?”
“Oh, like three weeks ago. Apparently she cheated on him.”
Placing her phone face down, Mara started firing a series of questions, to which Aaron had no answers to.
“What? With who? Was it a once off or an ongoing affair? How did Aaron find out? Has she moved out? Who’s taking the dog!?”
“Yeah I dunno”, answered Aaron, with a shrug, “I didn’t ask.”
