Partaking in an impromptu Sunday session with half a dozen equally cut mates, Betoota Dolphin’s front rower Caden McLocklyon (22) has confirmed that the next beer is going to firmly plant the idea of a Three Piece Feed in his mind.

The Sunday session reportedly began with the intention of commiserating the fact that all seven attendees failed to pick up on Friday and Saturday night, and has now digressed to the point that the next round of beers is making a KFC run look pretty fucking likely.

With no food in the fridge at home and enough beers in the system to stop him waking up feeling fresh in the morning, McLocklyon contemplated the idea of swinging by the supermarket and picking up some bread and a tin of beans.

However, he thought better of the foolish idea after knocking the top off whatever number beer he is up to now, and decided to get some steaming hot chicken.

“Yeah, I guess I could put make some Mi Goreng or two minute noodles on or something when I get home. Or I could, just accept the fact that I’m a bit cooked, and treat myself to some freeeesh (sic) lovingly prepared chicken.” said McLocklyon.

“It’s a no brainer really isn’t it.”

Leaving the Betoota Town Hotel, McLocklyon and three teammates piled into a cab, and like moths attracted to the light, were drawn to the giant iridescent bucket erected on the main arterial road through town.

So rich was the effect of the Sunday beers that McLocklyon reportedly asked the cab driver if he wanted anything from the drive-through.

“Are you sure mate? My shout. Are you sure?”

The cab driver politely asked for some Wicked Wings, to which McLocklyon acquiesced.

On the ride home, salivating like a dog watching his owner pull some bones out of the freezer, McLocklyon put his jacket over his freshly cooked three-piece box to keep the heat in.

“Oh lordy this is going to be good,” said the well-mannered front rower who didn’t open his meal in the cab per the driver’s request.
