It appears that the Australian media have beefed up theprotection racket surrounding the last blue-ribbon Liberal Party stronghold this week.
This comes as the increasingly-popular Independent candidate for Sydney’s upper North Shore has been forced to apologise for being a woman with a sense of humour.
As her campaign’s momentum grows to well over 1000 door-knocking volunteers, it seems that Channel Nine’s dirt file unit at 2GB radio and the Sydney Morning Herald have found a chink in the armour of Independent challenger, Nicolette Boele.
It is believed that Boele made a lewd joke towards a hairdresser.
The joke, that was relayed on conservative talkback radio waves this morning, goes like this.
“Thank you, that blow dry was amazing and I didn’t even have sex with you”
This unladlylike conduct has rocked Australia’s media class to it’s core, and is sure to put the wind in the sails of the Liberal Party, who only defeated Nicolette Boele by a single digit margin in 2022.
The hairdresser was 19, and also a female, but has since been described as a ‘TEEN WORKER’.
2GB’s Ben Fordham claims that the Independent challenger has since been banned from their local hairdresser, but this is likely just Fordo sprinkling a bit of GST on the yarn.
Nicolette Boele has since apologise for her poor attempt at humour, but is this enough to make up for what she’s done!?
Every single Sydney-based media outlet is now claiming this revelation will send SHOCKWAVES through Sydney’s upper north shore, and will potentially affect the result in this ever-tight race.
It is not sure what these shockwaves will look like. However, it can be safely assumed that it will have the opposite affect to what the media was hoping for.
Right now across Sydney’s north shore, tens of thousands of eternally underestimated female voters are currently radicalising into die-hard Nicolette Boele supporters after this thinly-veiled attempt to use respectability politics as a way of discrediting a direct threat to the patriarchal Liberal Party and their friends in the media.
