Following the eerie amount of celebrity deaths in 2016, New Jersey Governer George Christie has demanded that state police provide 100% protection and support to heartland rock singer-songwriter, Bruce Springsteen.

it is believed that die-hard fans of “The Boss” are terrified that the relatively healthy and fit New Jersey rocker will suddenly die.

2016 has already seen the deaths of many other cultural icons from Springsteen’s era, including Prince, David Bowie, Muhammad Ali, Leonard Cohen, George Michael and the chick from Star Wars.

Speaking to The Betoota Advocate today, Springsteen says he is honoured to be considered as famous as his late counterparts but is getting tired of answering to security guards.

“I’m not cut out for this life, baby” he said

“Baby I was born to run”

MORE TO COME.
