Social media user Ellen McConnie (26) is satisfied with the performance of her latest photo upload which has currently received 56 reactions including one ‘love react’ from her boyfriend who has since revealed it took the photo after a infuriating number of attempts.

Boyfriend of three years Mark Simpson (30) was seen taking photos of his girlfriend at a pier on Lake Betoota to commemorate McConnie’s bold new hat and nose stud combo

As he passed the smartphone back to his girlfriend, witnesses state McConnie checked the images before handing the phone back to her boyfriend and asking him to take some better ones, despite the fact he is not a professional photographer.

“You didn’t focus on my face,” stated McConnie according to witness reports.

“You just need to tap the screen on my face. Can you do a couple more please?”

Following a second round of photos, McConnie reviewed the images diligently to get the lighting right, offering Simpson feedback in between photos until approximately 200 had been taken and her phone storage became full.

“OK, get ready, I’m going to look away at the last second in this one.”

Once McConnie uploaded the photo to social media, Simpson responded to the photo with a love react to both boost his girlfriend’s digital engagement and congratulate himself for his hard work during the traumatising experience.

“Really it was a consolation prize, I took her out there today to propose to her,” stated an irate Simpson.

“If she’d of known I was going to do that, I’m sure she wouldn’t have given me roughly 64 reasons not to.”

MORE TO COME.
