Ukraine’s President is today taking his medicine, after copping a body blow in the Oval Office this weekend.
In an exclusive interview with The Betoota Advocate, Volodymyr Zelenskyy confirmed that he is popping into town today to spruce up his wardrobe.
This follows a tongue lashing by Trump, some random US journo, and the comment section on social media for turning up to meet the President in his wartime outfit.
Arriving at the Whitehouse, Trump greeted Zelenskyy by saying ‘it was nice of him to dress up,’ in reference to his military-style black sweatshirt, adorned with the Ukrainian trident.
Later, when the meeting opened up to questions one reporter decided to ask why Zelenskyy hadn’t grace the oval office with a suit, claiming that a lot of Americans were furious at the lack of ‘respect shown to the Oval Office’
So, in an effort to show respect to the office, Zelenskyy has now gone out to grab himself an ‘Eccentric Billionaire’ outfit, like that of Elon Musk.
“Yes, apparently turning up to the office in a shit shirt, and an ill fitting coat with your bratty kid who tells the President to shut his mouth, is more respectful,” said Zelenskyy.
“So I will chuck something like that on, in an effort to save my country.”
“Maybe if I dress like that, the US will let me join NATO, like they’ve been promising to do for decades, but never following through on.”
