A local hustler from the mean streets of Betoota Grove is today preparing for a huge test.
The new finance analyst at some job he can’t really explain to his mates from school is preparing for an unideal start to his Monday morning.
A performance review.
And the first one at this new job he already hates.
“Yeah, the boss has already been zeroing in on me, and I know how this one’s gonna go,” he sighed.
“So in times like this I go to the tried and tested, the greatest album of all time.”
“50 Cent’s Get Rich or Die Tryin’.”
Get Rich or Die Tryin’ is the debut studio album by American rapper 50 Cent – featuring iconic bangers like Many Men, Blood Hound, What Up Gangsta.
“Yeah, nothing makes me feel harder than listening to Many Men.”
“Gym, footy, a fight with the boss, it’s always the perfect fit.”
He then drifted off from the conversation, singing along.
“Honestly, it takes me back to being a bullet proof 13 year old that can’t be stopped.”
“I’m ready to go now.”
“The last guy in this job got hit like I got hit, but he ain’t fucking breathing.”
“Let’s oggggggg.”
More to come.
