This week’s newest AI trend is asking users to upload bank details and personal questions like their mothers maiden name to the cloud.
AI “Future Self” — just one of many recent trends where users are asked to upload personal data like photos, personal interests and other unique details to an AI model that’s constantly learning and desperately in need of large datasets — the kind that only the big social media giants typically have, has taken the world by storm.
This new AI trend promises to give users a realistic look into their future lives, all they have to do is upload their bank details, a selfie, their mothers maiden name and maybe the name of their first pet also.
“I can’t get enough of these Ai! trends” said Scott Garson (34), a fairly average office worker.
“The studio Ghibli one was so fun! sure the creators of studio Ghibli were genuinely heartbroken by the grim reality of the future of art, but fuck em!” Scott explained.
Scott says that despite no one caring about the cool studio Ghiblified images of him and his cat, he was really happy to have given over some of his data to the looming threat of generative A.i.
“Oh and the action figure one! so cool!” Scott exclaimed.
“I just had to tell the Ai what my main interests were and it made this cool little figurine with all the accessories I would typically have! Amazing!”
Scott says he is fully onboard with the new Ai Future Self trend.
“Can’t wait to find out where I’m gonna be in 20 years! So cool!”
